Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at highaltitudecoffeeroaster@gmail.com for further assistance.

Equipment – For all third-party equipment returns and refunds please refer to original manufacturer return policy & contact our support team at highaltitudecoffeeroaster@gmail.com for further assistance.

Merchandise – We accept returns within a 30 day period, only if merchandise is unused.
